A moment before the disappearance of sheet metal structures from the urban landscape, the project seeks to understand and illuminate values that have taken root in the industrial space and derive from it.
The design proposes a new axis that will be stretched between two new intensive development centers that are likely to shake the business district out of a deep sleep.
It is precisely the space between the two centers that will enable and justify the continued existence of historical values which have become part of the unique urbanism of the place and thus will serve as a place for the integration of the two overarching goals: Massive development alongside moral preservation.
